Samuel Chu

Sam Chu is a Executive Vice President for Daum Commercial Real Estate Services. As a member of the firm’s Commercial Properties Group, Mr. Chu provides clients with real estate consulting and brokerage services aimed to help those clients with better real estate solutions. Prior to joining Daum, Mr. Chu was First Vice President with CBRE from 1993 through June 2015. Mr. Chu has been in the industry since 1993 specializing in the sale and lease of industrial and commercial properties. Over his successful career, he has transacted selling or leasing properties over 25 million square feet, with a total transaction value near $1 Billion.
