In addition to his medical office and retail leasing expertise, Sam has brokered the sale of numerous investment properties and redevelopment sites for commercial, residential, warehousing, self-storage, hotels, and car dealerships, totaling in excess of $150 million. Most recently, Sam brokered the $34,250,000 off-market sale of One Harmon Plaza, a 192,089 SF Class A office in Secaucus, NJ.
