Mr. Apel is a licensed Broker in Florida and practices commercial real estate full time in Broward and Miami Dade County. This is Sam’s fifth year in the business, and he is known for his energy and enthusiasm. He is dedicated to providing his customers the focused attention they deserve. Sam studied criminology where he learned to have an inquiring mind, which transfers over to commercial real estate when investigating opportunities. He joined the military where he gained his sense of responsibility and discipline. He spent 3 years in the military learning to overcome obstacles with excellence and professionalism, Sam sees all obstacles as opportunities. In 2021 after finishing his military service Sam obtained his Florida Real Estate License and began his commercial real estate career. Sam is part of a commercial real estate team at Axis Realty Group, a South Florida commercial real estate firm. Sam is working directly with Adam P. Von Romer, CCIM. Mr. Von Romer is a 40-year veteran of the commercial investment real estate business and is an author, speaker, and seminar leader. Mr. Von Romer has brokered, managed, or supervised over $3.5 billion dollars in transactions. Sam intends to thrive in this industry, with his optimism and hunger for success the future looks bright.
