Sammy Hood

Mr. Hood oversees acquisition, disposition, and financing activities for Hawthorne Retail Partners. He is also actively involved with its financial relationships and general portfolio management. Prior to joining Hawthorne in 2009, Mr. Hood was a Vice president of W.P. Carey Inc., a global REIT headquartered in New York. Mr. Hood holds an MBA and B.A. (Economics) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
