Samantha Russ is responsible for landlord and tenant representation for clients nationwide. Samantha also spearheads deal negotiations and is well-versed in joint venture, management, and traditional lease agreements. Native to Los Angeles, Samantha’s knowledge of the local market affords her authenticity and the ability to deliver on even the most difficult needs. Always going above and beyond the traditional duties of an agent, Samantha is an effective fiduciary representative and consultant to clients. Whether it is restructuring a lease, analyzing a proforma, locating a new space, or underwriting a current one, Samantha helps clients achieve occupancy under the best possible terms. Prior to joining Cultivate, Samantha was an Associate at Illi Commercial Real Estate where she led retail acquisitions and development. Samantha attended the University of Wisconsin where she received a Bachelor of Science degree.
