Samantha Kelley is an investment specialist who exclusively represents buyers and sellers throughout Florida. Ms. Kelley specializes in the Office sector, specifically focusing on medical and single-tenant net-lease properties. Samantha is dedicated to building client-first relationships and providing institutional-grade research and advisory services for all her clients. Samantha graduated from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, earning a bachelor's degree in business management. Following graduation, Ms. Kelley moved to Tampa and joined the Patel-Yozwiak Group in August 2023. The Patel-Yozwiak Group, led by Darpan Patel and Dan Yozwiak is a leading real estate investment group with professional advisors specializing in Retail, Restaurant, Office, Industrial, Medical, and Hospitality. Outside of Marcus & Millichap, Samantha enjoys traveling to new places, fitness, investing, and going to the beach.
