Samantha Jones

Samantha works in the Office Agency and Development team on occupier and leasing instructions. She has advised on the acquisition of 3,000 sq ft of offices for private equity firm, Dunedin, and is also undertaking office searches for a range of property companies and creative businesses. Other occupier advisory work has seen her negotiating a lease re-gear on 4,000 sq ft City of London offices for a US management company. Samantha also works on leasing instructions and is negotiating a new lease on behalf of Evergreen Shipping, whilst also assisting on a number of office development opportunities across Central London. She holds an MSc in Commercial Property Management from Liverpool John Moores University and in her spare time enjoys a variety of sports, in particularly sailing, running and horse riding.
