Samantha Harkinson Dewan

Always leading with integrity, Samantha mentors and manage the Harkinson Dewan Commercial team. Samantha comes from a service-orientated and “love what you do” mentality that contributes to their culture of fun, tenacity, and entrepreneurial spirit. Harkinson Dewan Commercial is uniquely situated at the intersection of hospitality and place-making. They provide opportunities for brokers, tenants and employees to shine. Samantha knows each tenant by name, and make every interaction positive for our tenants, our properties, and our community. Samantha attended Rhode Island School of Design and graduated with a BFA from Southern Methodist University. Samantha leveraged her Fine Arts background to cast a creative vision when overseeing value-add capital improvement projects and remodels of all sizes. Samantha is the corporate broker for Harkinson Dewan Management. Samantha is actively involved in CREW Dallas, Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church and Alcuin School.
