Sam Wilson

Sam Wilson joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Vice President in Atlanta. He specializes in retail and industrial dispositions and owner/user sale leasebacks in addition to buy-side representation for 1031 exchanges. Sam has extensive experience with private and institutional clients, as well as investment sales and securitizations. Prior to joining SRS, Sam was an associate vice president at Northmarq. He also has experience at Stan Johnson Company as an associate director, and at B+E Net Lease where he served vice president of Acquisitions for private and public REITS and was involved in over $500 million in commercial real estate acquisitions.
