Experience with investment deals, commercial real estate, investment financing, and business development. Started Capital Fund 1 Colorado in 2020, within 24 months built the branch into the #1 hard money lender by volume in the state by personally originating over $180 million in closed loans and managing up to 3 additional loan officers in-market. Completing University of Denver's Masters program in Real Estate & The Built Environment with an emphasis in property development and capital markets. Pioneered two undergraduate real estate competition teams at Colorado State; the 2nd Annual Sherman Miller ICSC Real Estate Competition, and the 2016 Villanova Real Estate Challenge. Recruited, trained, and coordinated teams on the regional and national level. Took 1st place at ICSC, and led CSU's first team at Villanova.
