Sam Wayne

Sam Wayne serves as a Managing Director of the Institutional Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield and is based out of the Seattle office. He has been structuring investment sales for over 15 years and is responsible for some of Seattle’s most significant apartment sales and development site assemblages. He works collaboratively with C&W partners based in Los Angeles and New York City to provide a full range of capital markets solutions to serve clients with assets across the Pacific Northwest. With a strong track record of investor-oriented results and a team devoted to client services, Sam’s recent client work includes New Developments, Core, Core Plus, and Value-Add opportunities. Prior to joining C&W in 2022, he served as Senior Vice President at Colliers where he consistently ranked as a top producer. Additionally, his diverse real estate background includes significant experience as a principal.
