Sam Tate

Sam joined H & H Realty LLC team in May of 2025. After earning his bachelor’s degree in biology from Kennesaw State University in 2017, Sam worked as a project manager for nearly a decade and has worked with a wide variety of companies and clients from small startups to the US Military. In 2022, Sam achieved his Project Management Professional certification. He brings to H&H experience in environmental due diligence, materials science, electrical systems, property management, and customer service. Sam grew up in Cartersville, Georgia and is a graduate of Cartersville High School. Having recently earned his Real Estate license, Sam’s unique background and expansive knowledge of Bartow County and its people provides him an excellent foundation for a career in Commercial Real Estate. Sam has the innate ability to listen to and understand the clients objectives and enjoys helping individuals and companies reach their goal, so whether you are a person of little real estate experience or a seasoned one, Sam is ready to assist you in selling or leasing your existing property or finding the property you are looking for.
