Sam Slaton

Sam Slaton started with Lincoln Property Company in August of 2022 as Vice President of Industrial leasing for the Rocky Mountain region and Denver metro market. Sam specializes in leasing and sales of industrial assets, both for owner users and acquisitions and dispositions for sellers and buyers of investment properties and land parcels. Sam started his career 16 years ago, in 2006 at CBRE before moving to Cushman & Wakefield where he was a top industrial producer. He has worked with a large variety of clients from local and regional companies to large multimarket and international clients. Sam was born in Texas and his family moved up to the foothills of Denver when he was in grade school. Sam graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing.
