
Sam works in retail leasing and acquisitions, where he has led a $100+ million land assemblage along Brooklyn’s world famous Coney Island waterfront in the heart of the amusement district. In addition, he has closed 17 separate off-market land acquisitions, sourcing each opportunity entirely through canvassing and cold calling land owners. Other accomplishments include spearheading the acquisition of a $75.5 million commercial portfolio of two prime urban retail and office assets in East Harlem known as Gateway 1 and 2, successfully negotiating a loan for $48.5 million from Deutsche Bank and assisting Thor’s capital markets team with its equity raise from two international institutional investors.
