With over a decade of experience in the sector, Sam has a proven track record in both landlord and occupier representation. His expertise spans the full property lifecycle – from strategic site selection and development advice to acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations. Prior to founding BOX4 Real Estate, Sam was a Partner at Knight Frank for 5 years having previously held roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Roger Hannah. Sam is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is based in our Manchester Office and specialises in advising funds, property companies, developers, and occupiers on industrial and logistics real estate across the North West. Throughout his career, Sam has delivered a wide range of high-profile transactions, acting for leading logistics operators, manufacturers, landlords and developers.
