Sam has practiced exclusively in Commercial Real Estate investment sales in Metro Vancouver since 1990. During that time, he has represented a mix of private and institutional, including government, clients, both on and off-shore in the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate throughout British Columbia. Sam is a proven expert in the disposition and acquisition of income-producing properties combining detailed financial and market analysis to negotiate complex transactions to meet and surpass his client’s objectives. Sam’s consultative, honest and ethical approach to investment sales allows him to maintain strong relationships with local and national, private and institutional investors. Sam has been active in the sale of predominantly income-producing office, retail and industrial properties including sale/leasebacks, as well as development sites and has been involved in the successful completion of over two billion dollars of sales transaction.
