Sam Moore

Sam Moore is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar Investment Management. He and his team are responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management throughout the Eastern US, which is currently comprised of over $7.5 billion in multi-housing assets from Boston to Miami. In addition to leading the Eastern region, Sam serves on Greystar’s Strategic Opportunities Committee, as well as the Domestic Review Committee. He joined Greystar in 2010 and has been a multifamily professional since 2009. Prior to joining Greystar, Sam worked for Atlantic Marina Holdings, specializing in marina and resort acquisition, entitlement, and redevelopment, focusing on the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, and The Bahamas. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Apartment Association. Sam received his bachelor’s degree from Wofford College and his Master’s degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins’ Edward St. John School of Real Estate.
