Sam Livingston

Sam grew up in Florida around the Ocala National Forest, so naturally the outdoors has always been a large part of his life. Graduating high school at age 17, he joined the active duty Marine Corps and spent 6 years as a Reconnaissance Marine traveling to five continents and participating in several deployments before fulfilling his active duty service commitment in 1997. During his service he worked towards a degree in business administration which was completed in 1998.<br /><br />Sam always had a deep sense of patriotism and a desire to serve his country which compelled him to join the Army as a reservist in 1999. He served all of 2005 in Iraq on a route clearance mission in the Baghdad area. Again in 2009 he was activated for service in Afghanistan as an infantry mentor embedded with the Afghanistan National Army. While unfortunate to have to leave his family twice to fulfill service obligations, he often says that he is incredibly blessed for having gone and experienced that period of our country's history first hand. The periods of Sam's military service have defined his character, his personal beliefs and his business ethics to meet the needs of his clients every day.<br /><br />After much traveling and living in many tropical areas he finds himself married and raising three boys here in Medina, Ohio. He began his Real Estate experience as an investor purchasing, rehabbing and selling local Cleveland properties. The natural progression of that focus was completed when he became a Realtor. He recently left his position as the Sales Manager after 7 years at The EZ Sales Team to start his own team at REMAX Omega.<br /><br />As your Realtor, he can guide you through tough contract negotiations and assist you in choosing the best professional services along the way to alleviate many of the stresses that go along with most real estate transactions.
