Sam Idas

Sam Idas has been with Heller USA, since 2000. Sam brings to every real estate transaction a complete set of business background tools to assist in property selection, marketing, and the structuring of deals. He draws on his extensive past business ownerships and experiences in radio broadcasting, restaurants, aviation, as well as from his own residential and commercial real estate portfolio. Sam grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and attended the University of Maryland. Shortly thereafter, he moved to south Florida. He is married to Carole, of Montreal and their daughter attends Florida State University. Go Noles! Sam is never too busy to help a client with their real estate needs. No requirement is too big or too small. When he is not busy with his work, Sam loves to boat, travel the world, bicycle ride, pilot a Boeing 737 to Asia, climb the Himalayas, or just be with and enjoy his many friends and family members.
