Sam Higgins

Sam Higgins serves as Parkside Partners’ Vice President of Investments, where he is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, leading the financial analysis of potential acquisitions and developments, assisting leasing activities in Parkside’s portfolio, and aiding in the capitalization, positioning and design of the company’s projects. An Atlanta native, Sam earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia.
