Sam Duncan is a Leasing Associate at Dewey Property Advisors in Asheville, supporting the company’s commercial real estate portfolio with real estate strategies for leading businesses in the Asheville Region. With a proven ability to forge consensus and solve complex challenges, Sam plays an integral role in the development of marketing, business growth, and leasing strategies that meet the long-term needs of DPA clients. A native of Asheville and a recent graduate of Brown University, Sam brings an analytical lens and local perspective to the team. Sam first interned with the firm in the Summer of 2022, applying the academic rigor of his business studies at Brown’s Nelson School of Entrepreneurship and his passion for the economic well-being of his hometown. Outside of the office, Sam is a passionate outdoorsman and trail runner, and avid fan of Asheville High Sports - Go Cougars!
