Sam Dalton

Sam is an Advisor at TCG in the South Florida office. He joined TCG in 2019 and has experience advising Tenants, Landlords, and Developers, but these days focus primarily on Tenant representation. He leverages his knowledge of local markets and vast network to support both emerging and established brands in their expansion strategies. Whether it’s seeking infill or flagship locations, single-unit or multi-unit rollouts, Sam helps navigate the bigger picture from site selection to negotiation. Over the years he’s executed for dozens of national, regional, and local tenants throughout South Florida. Sam is originally from the Philadelphia area but currently resides in Delray Beach. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling and working on his golf game.
