Sam Dalton

Sam Dalton is a Senior Advisor at TCG based in the firm’s South Florida office. Sam specializes in tenant representation for retail and restaurant brands, advising both emerging concepts and established operators on market entry, expansion strategy, and real estate execution. Sam joined TCG in 2019 and began his career advising tenants, landlords, and developers across a range of asset types. Over time, his practice evolved to focus primarily on tenant representation, where he leverages deep local market knowledge and an extensive broker and ownership network to help clients navigate site selection and lease negotiations. His experience spans infill and flagship locations, as well as single-unit deals and multi-unit rollouts across South Florida and other key Florida markets. Throughout his career, Sam has completed transactions for dozens of national, regional, and local tenants, supporting their growth across highly competitive retail corridors. He’s known for his practical, deal-oriented approach and his ability to see the bigger picture behind each deal. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Sam now resides in Delray Beach, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and working on his golf game.
