Sam Cronin

Sam Cronin is a tenant representation specialist. Mr. Cronin focuses exclusively on representing tenants by assisting clients in creating and implementing their real estate strategy. His role includes strategic market research, financial analysis, client management and transactional services. His team is annually recognized by the firm as one of the top tenant rep advisory teams in the nation. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Cronin spent 11 seasons with Major League Soccer (MLS) as a professional athlete. He also represented the United States Men’s National Team (USMNT) during a decorated career. Mr. Cronin led the Major League Soccer Players Association (MLSPA) as an Executive Board member during Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations with League executives. Mr. Cronin is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Mr. Cronin is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of North Carolina. Sam lives in Raleigh with his wife Samantha and three children – Levi, Holden and Penelope.
