Sam has been working with Smith and Associates since 2008 and during that time has covered a lot of different positions. From leasing and property management to sales and developer/builder services he has experience working with nearly every aspect of residential real estate. Over the last 3 years Sam has been finishing the sales process at Grand Central at Kennedy a mixed-use development of 392 homes in the heart of downtown Tampa. During his time at Grand Central the community has seen significantly higher sales and prices/sq ft.
