Sam Allen

Real estate has been a passion of Sam's for as long as he can remember—something he’s truly loved since childhood. Growing up in a family where both of his parents were involved in buying, selling, and building properties, he was naturally drawn to the world of real estate from an early age. Sam graduated from the California Maritime Academy with a degree in Marine and Facility Engineering, which led to a position at the Port of Los Angeles. However, his true calling became clear after relocating to Nashville and beginning his career in the dynamic field of real estate. Soon after, he moved to East Tennessee, where he married his high school sweetheart. Together, they’ve built a life in the beautiful community of Rarity Bay on Tellico Lake, where they live with their two sons, Tate and Clay, and their dog, Mr. Benny. They are also joyfully expecting another child in August. Sam is deeply passionate about every aspect of real estate and is committed to providing exceptional service.
