Over his 25-year career, Mr. Simonetti developed a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship and attention to detail required in the construction field. Throughout the years, Mr. Simonetti has successfully managed numerous construction projects, ranging from small 150-single-family communities to large-scale 3,000-unit mixed-use developments, including golf courses. What sets Mr. Simonetti apart is his unwavering commitment to his teams' satisfaction. He believes in establishing strong relationships with his team, understanding their unique needs, and consistently delivering exceptional results. Whether collaborating with homeowners, architects, or subcontractors, Mr. Simonetti ensures that everyone involved in the project is on the same page, fostering a harmonious and efficient construction process.
