Sal Provenza

Sal Provenza is an experienced residential land expert focused on acquisition and disposition of land suitable for residential development throughout California. His clients include land owners, private and public home builders, land developers, land investors and apartment developers. Provenza has nearly 20 years of real estate acquisition, disposition, development and finance experience. Prior to WD Land, Provenza was with Colliers International’s Residential Land Advisory Group. In 2009, he co-founded CWP Advisors, a boutique real estate advisory firm providing receivership, management and brokerage services to lenders, servicers, owners, developers and investors. Prior to his development career, he worked for two architecture and town planning firms focused on retail, hospitality, office and mixed-use programs.
