Saeed Jafaei is a seasoned advisor dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for commercial real estate needs. His expertise spans investment acquisitions and sales, value-add leasing, tenant representation and business brokerage. Most importantly, he is passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of commercial real estate with patience and dedication. Saeed holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and advanced degrees, including an MBA and MScIM. Prior to relocating to San Diego in 2023, Saeed spent several years in Michigan as a successful commercial property investor and commercial Advisor. He also worked as an Adject faculty and taught business classes at Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business. Saeed enjoys spending time in the community with his family, including his wife, two young daughters, and sweet dog Mocha. He strongly believes community involvement, care and compassion is the core of a fulfilled life and successful society. Saeed was a member of the Rotary Club of Lansing, MI.
