Sabrina Bluestone

Sabrina is a lifelong resident of Dutchess and Westchester Counties, and has always taken pride in her hometown. She received her diploma in 1986 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, New York. Sabrina began her sales and marketing experience working with Springside Condominiums and Fulton Grove Townhouses, both located in Poughkeepsie, New York. Sabrina began her career in real estate management, by managing Forbus Hill Apartments in Poughkeepsie, New York, and Sandy Cove Mobile Home Park in Piseco, New York. She expanded her knowledge in Real Estate Management as one of the lead property managers for Emerald Management, managing over 10 communities (800+ units) in the Hudson Valley. In 1991 she decided to focus her skills on investment properties and Senior designated communities. Her responsibilities include the overall management of the properties and all the accounting procedures. She is also a graduate of the Community Associations Institute’s Professional Management Development Program and awarded the Institute’s highest professional designation, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®). She currently lives in Pawling, NY, visited often by her four adult children. While her children were in the district she was an active member on the Yorktown PTA, the local Boy Scouts as a Merit Badge Counselor and is an active Marathoner, Tri-Athlete and Ironman. Sabrina has also been awarded the Community Associations Institute’s highest professional designation, Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), one of only 500 in the country to receive the designation. She currently lives in Westchester with her four children. She is an active member of the Yorktown PTA, the local Boy Scouts as a Merit Badge Counselor, and she is an active triathlete and Ironman.
