Ryan is a Senior Managing Director of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL from Colliers International in 2022 and co-leads JLL’s Northern California and Northern Nevada Multi-Housing Investment Advisory platform with partners Matt Kroger and Brandon Geraldo. Ryan has more than 15 years of experience representing clients in the disposition and acquisition of Multifamily Properties throughout the greater Bay Area and Northern California. He has directly executed over 140 multi-family dispositions throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada with an aggregate dollar amount of over $1.6 billion dollars and over 7,500 units sold. Prior to joining JLL, Ryan worked at Colliers International as Executive Vice President for nine years. While there, his team broke local records for the highest price per sq.ft. ever sold, resulting in larger returns to the seller. Ryan began his career at Arroyo & Coates, one of the most active Multihousing brokerage companies in the country.
