Ryan Tompkins

As director of sales and leasing, Ryan Tompkins works with commercial real estate brokers to market available office and/or industrial space within SubTropolis, the world’s largest underground business complex. In addition, he represents the company’s surface property portfolio including both the Hunt Midwest Business Center and the Hunt Midwest Commerce Center located in Kansas City, Missouri. Ryan has been involved in leasing over 2 million square feet of commercial, industrial and office space in SubTropolis and in the Hunt Midwest Business Center. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Kansas in Lawrence with a master’s degree in Urban Planning. Ryan is an active member of the Urban Land Institute of Kansas City. He currently resides with his family in Prairie Village, Kansas.
