Ryan began his career in commercial real estate at Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) when he joined a team led by a senior broker with 30 years of experience representing clients nationally in a wide spectrum of facility types to include: Office, Industrial, Technology, Data Center, Medical, Retail and Land Development for such uses. The team’s focus is on the expansion of its services to companies in need of SRG’s unique facility portfolio management process and ability to deliver exceptional results and strengthening their clients’ position in their market sector. Ryan’s experience working in the service and technology industries for more than 12 years offers him greater insight into the needs and challenges many of the companies he now represents are experiencing. This, coupled with the team’s experience and ability to consistently deliver a high level of service, provides Ryan with a successful platform from which he can help grow the team’s client base. Ryan’s focuses are transaction management and new business development. Ryan assists with market research and analysis in preparation for negotiations as each project is initiated for the national accounts he is involved with. He also is in charge of identifying and contacting companies whose profiles match up with the size and growth characteristics of the team’s client model using analytics and research techniques to confirm these attributes and review their business performance. Once identified, Ryan introduces SRG’s services to them and, if the company meets those guidelines, schedules a meeting to determine if the implementation of the SRG portfolio management system and other services can help these companies with their growth plans and make them more profitable.
