Ryan R. Swanson has been employed at Lee & Associates for 21 years. Mr. Swanson’s Team concentrates their efforts on the disposition, joint venture and advisory services for office, industrial, medical, multi-family and land throughout Southern California on behalf of institutional clients and high net worth individuals for deal sizes between $3 million and $250 million. In 2006, Mr. Swanson was voted in as partner and was recognized as one of the youngest partners to be voted in as a shareholder. Mr. Swanson has negotiated real estate transactions in excess of $1.7 billion since 2001 and is consistently a top producer in Lee & Associates.
