ABOUT

Ryan started working for Matt Jennings & Associates in February 2009. Two months later, Matt Jennings & Associates would transition into what is now SBG Real Property Professionals. Mr. Stanger brought with him an expertise as a project supervisor with a local construction company. His skills would provide crucial to aiding in many of SBG’s real estate developments; including Arbor Creek, City West, and Vintage Hills. Mr. Stanger is also consistently a top producer as a REALTOR® in the Murray-Calloway County Board of REALTORS®. In 2015, Mr. Stanger served as the President Elect for the local board and served as the President of the Murray-Calloway County Board of REALTORS® in 2016. He is currently seeking both his CCIM designation and brokers’ license in real estate as well as his Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation as an appraiser. Mr. Stanger has been a resident of Calloway County for more than 20 years. He is a 2005 Calloway County High School graduate and is working toward obtaining his bachelor's degree from Murray State University. Mr. Stanger and his wife, Sarah, have two sons, Logan, and Liam. They enjoy serving at Hardin Baptist Church with both the children’s and college ministries.
