Ryan Smith

Ryan is the fifth generation of his family involved in real estate, and he brings with him a lifelong passion for the business. Ryan recently graduated from the College of Charleston with a major in Psychology and a focus in Business Psychology. He has a minor in Business Administration and was an active member of the College of Charleston Real Estate Club. In 2022, Ryan was an intern with NAI Charleston and worked closely with multiple brokers in industrial and land transactions. Ryan’s focus will be in healthcare brokerage and development, as well as continued involvement in industrial brokerage.
