As Director of Development, Ryan manages all aspects of a development project. He has expanded Panattoni’s presence into new markets, such as Oshawa and Whitby, while continuing to oversee a portfolio in the Toronto West markets. Ryan works closely with external partners, including capital partners, municipalities, consultants, real estate brokers, clients, and the internal construction team, to drive projects from inception to completion. Ryan has been a valued member of the team since 2016.
