Ryan Siedenburg

Ryan D. Siedenburg joined The Siedenburg Group in the summer of 2017 as a licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate, bringing with him a strong foundation in the industry, having been a licensed in the state of Iowa since 2015. He earned his CCIM designation in the Fall of 2022 and went on to obtain his Broker’s license in 2023. A proud alumnus of the University of Northern Iowa, Ryan graduated with a double major in Finance and Real Estate, equipping him with the analytical tools and foundation necessary to navigate the complexities of commercial real estate transactions. As a native of Johnston, Iowa, Ryan has a deep-rooted understanding of the Greater Des Moines Metro area. His lifelong connection to the region fuels his passion for contributing to its’ growth and economic development. At The Siedenburg Group, he specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation, acquisition and disposition of properties, and investment sales. Known for his strategic thinking and client-first approach, Ryan is committed to delivering creative and effective real estate solutions that meet both immediate and long-term goals. Outside of his professional role, Ryan enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and playing soccer. He and his wife reside in Clive with their three young children. Together, they are active members of their church community, where they dedicate time to service and community engagement.
