Ryan Sblendorio is a Senior Vice President with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Ryan joined the NNN Pro Group in 2017 and works on the Institutional Coverage Group. He focuses on the creation and execution of sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, asset disposition/acquisition programs, and lease restructures for franchisors, franchisees, and other corporate users of real estate. Additionally, Ryan represents and advises high-net-worth individuals on their 1031 exchanges and the management of their real estate portfolios. Since joining the company in 2017, Ryan has closed hundreds of transactions with an aggregate value of approximately $1.5 billion. Ryan’s experience spans across numerous net-leased product types including restaurants, car washes, auto dealerships, auto service and repair shops, veterinary clinics, family entertainment centers, funeral homes, industrial manufacturing and distribution, and more. Through creative real estate monetization strategies, Ryan has assisted numerous private equity groups and operators in executing on their expansion plans. Notably, Ryan has secured and sourced several hundred million dollars of sale-leaseback and development capital for a nationally recognized car wash operator which has allowed them to double their footprint of open locations in little over a year and a half’s time. Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Ryan worked at Leerink Partners, a healthcare-focused investment bank, where he focused on M&A and capital market transactions for clients in the Life Sciences, Services, and Medical Technology sectors. He graduated from Wesleyan University with a degree in Economics.
