Ryan Sampson

Ryan has closed more than $700,000,000 in land transactions since joining Eshenbaugh Land Company in 2005. His transactional experience ranges from single tenant retail out parcels to large master planned communities and most everything in between as it relates to development land. He has represented Lennar, Newland Communities, Metro Development, DR Horton, Eisenhower Properties, Bank of America, Soho Capital, Duke Realty, CalSTRS, StanPac, Rialto Capital, BB&T and DeBartolo to name a few. In 2015, Ryan was named CEO of the firm and took a majority ownership stake in the company. Under his leadership he has increased revenue 5X through organically growing the team and implementing new strategies and technologies. He has spoken as a land expert over the years at multiple national conferences. Sampson is actively involved in the NAIOP Tampa Bay and Realtor’s Land Institute (RLI) as a past President for the Florida Chapter of both organizations. He also serves on the board of Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), The Realtors Land Institute National Board of Directors and The Florida State University Real Estate Trends Conference committee.
