A Native of Santa Fe, NM, Ryan moved back to Santa Fe in 2016 after living and working in Denver Colorado for 7 years. While in Denver, Ryan worked as the assistant project manager with Perry-Rose LLC, a Real Estate Development company performing financial analysis on new developments within the Denver market. Furthermore, he also participated in the lease up process of new properties within the Perry Rose portfolio. Now with Phase One Realty, Ryan offers his commercial Real Estate expertise to clients interested in leasing, sales and acquisitions of investment properties.
