Ryan Pennington

Ryan's career in commercial real estate began back in the year 2000 working for one of the largest privately held shopping center developers in the country. Ryan was fortunate enough to gain lots of experience at a young age in the areas of leasing, property management, construction and development. After nearly five years, Ryan made a move to a fast growing company focusing on large regional power center developments across the country working his way into management roles as the Director of Leasing, and, ultimately, VP of Leasing, responsible for all leasing activities for approximately 6M sq ft of new shopping centers across the country. Building upon a great knowledge base and far reaching relationships, Ryan founded 7D on 7.7.07 and hasn't looked back; creating a boutique real estate firm specializing in all facets of the industry. Ryan and his wife, Brittany, reside in Floyds Knobs, IN just outside of Louisville, KY and spend most of their down time with their two boys, Parker and Pierce.
