Ryan Patterson

Mr. Patterson is Bravo Capital’s Deputy Chief Underwriter. Mr. Patterson previously worked at Greystone as a FHA Senior Underwriter. During his time at Greystone, he was responsible for the underwriting and submission of approximately $2 billion of HUD-insured loans. Mr. Patterson specialized in multifamily projects including market rate, income restricted, Section 8, and projects receiving new Low Income Housing Tax Credits.?
