Ryan Parker

Ryan Parker, Director at Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), is responsible for sourcing new opportunities in infill and suburban markets across Austin, San Antonio, throughout central Texas, and the Denver MSA. He connects clients with on-market and off-market development opportunities through consistent research and communication. Together with Tripp Rich, Ryan opened and helps lead the Central Texas Office, which has closed over $500M in land and redevelopment transactions since it opened mid-2019. Prior to joining DMRE, Ryan was a Loan Officer Assistant with AmCap Mortgage. A few notable transactions that Ryan has been involved in include covered-land redevelopment opportunities along the North Burnet corridor and at East 6th/Chicon with Endeavor; a 3 tract off-market assemblage at Tech Ridge and I-35 with Presidium; a 15 acre site just north of Alamo Heights with Trammell Crow Residential; a 22 acre off-market assemblage on Hwy 71 in Oak Hill with Morgan Group. Ryan grew up in Belton, Texas where his parents still reside. They, along with Ryan’s two younger sisters, make up an entire family of Texas A&M Aggies. Ryan enjoys golfing, fishing, and hunting with his German Shorthaired Pointer, Sam. He graduated with honors in Finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
