Ryan Nolander

Ryan Nolander joined the Hamilton Real Estate Group in 2020 and prior to that he spent 15 years in the economic development sector. Ryan’s time in community economic development allowed him to gain extensive knowledge of the commercial/industrial real estate world where he was involved with building industrial spec buildings, developing commercial/industrial land, and participating in the buying, selling, and leasing of both land and buildings. Ryan has a degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas, is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council, is a graduate of the Blandin Community Leadership Program, and has past board experience in the childcare, community foundation, and comprehensive planning sectors.
