Ryan Menendez

Ryan Menendez is Managing Director in Savills Tampa office, where he specializes in providing clients with optimal advisory services in finding, negotiating, and securing spaces to meet their needs. He brings years of leadership skills and entrepreneurial experience to the Savills tenant representation team. Prior to joining Savills, Ryan was a land broker at CBRE, where he gained extensive experience in representing landowners, developers, and investors. Early in his real estate career, he was a Senior Partner with Swan Capital Partners, where he was heavily involved in the land development process. Ryan brings diverse business acumen that he harnessed from years in the pharmaceutical industry, where he worked in sales, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and production planning. He also successfully co-founded and was Vice President of Virtus Pharmaceuticals, a manufacturer named the nation’s fastest-growing pharmaceutical by volume in 2013. Ryan is significantly involved in professional and philanthropic endeavors in the community. He has generously volunteered his time and resources to community organizations such as Feeding Tampa Bay and Metropolitan Ministries. Ryan is also an active member of JR Menendez, Inc., which owns Chick-fil-A in Largo and provides consultation to other Chick-fil-A restaurants in the region.
