Ryan is an Executive Vice President at JLL in Raleigh-Durham, N.C. Having over nineteen years of experience, Ryan is an expert in corporate real estate transaction management and focuses exclusively on tenant representation. He has negotiated millions of square feet in purchase and lease transactions on behalf of many companies. His understanding of the Raleigh-Durham and domestic markets as well as extensive experience with companies of all sizes and industries makes him a valuable asset to JLL clients. Ryan has extensive experience representing early-stage, established, and growth companies in a wide variety of industries including Technology, Medical Device, Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Medical, Financial Services . His unique experience and market expertise enables him to develop real estate strategies to optimize client’s growth needs and continuously deliver significant savings in overall occupancy costs for both local and domestic clients alike. Ryan received a BS in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is an active member of The North Carolina Technology Association (NCTA), where he serves on the Board of Advisors.
