Ryan Krzmarzick

Ryan is an integral member of the most active and well-established commercial brokerage group in the Twin Cities metro. His specialty lies in landlord, buyer, and tenant representation, particularly in the disposition, purchase and leasing of owner/user buildings and land for new development. At the present time, Ryan represents a portfolio of 2.6 million square feet of commercial product and 200 acres of land throughout the Twin Cities. As a 19-year veteran at Colliers, Ryan's extensive knowledge and experience in sale transactions are evidenced by the 105 building and land sales he's completed throughout my career. Early on, in 2004, Ryan was honored to be named Rookie of the Year, and since then, he has firmly established himself as a top producer.
