Ryan Ketron

The TCI Group – Jerry Petzoldt Agency welcomes Ryan Ketron to our Johnson City office. A native of Kingsport, Ryan joins TCI Group after a number of years in real estate investing, development, and property management – projects that ranged from A/B Class multifamily value-adds to lease-up projects. Further, Ryan is a Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). Ryan is licensed in Tennessee and in Virginia. He is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors (NETAR). Ryan has a keen interest in multi-family and apartment real estate and development and will be glad to assist clients with evaluating and investment planning, particularly in this area of commercial real estate.
