RK Real Estate is led by Ryan Kennedy BSc (Hons) MRICS who has 25 years experience in the Retail and Leisure sector. I pride myself on a real passion and energy for this dynamic and sophisticated sector. Every Client, every situation is unique. With different needs from different situations, my starting point is to listen, then to advise, then to react and seek best results for the Client. Ryan was a Lead Director in niche retail practice Capital Retail from 2002 to 2012. The 22 strong team provided Investment, Agency and Professional advice to Institutional, Property Company and Retailer Clients. From 2012 to 2020 Ryan led the High Street Retail team at JLL, delivering advice and solutions to Landlords, Developers and Retailers across the Country.
