In his work, Ryan brings with him a passion for helping clients with their needs in the commercial/industrial space, and an ability to think creatively to find and manifest opportunities. Specializing in industrial and flex/creative office spaces, Ryan’s geographic area of expertise is greater Northeast Los Angeles (NELA) and East Los Angeles. Ryan is a long-time resident of Los Angeles, currently residing in Mount Washington with his wife and daughter. Having grown up in Dallas, lived in New York, and now having called Los Angeles home for more than 17 years, Ryan is energized by understanding the multi-faceted industries of major cities, and the possibilities for adaptation that industrial buildings offer.
